In “Politics and Culture” (3/12, p. 25), S. Gaensheimer talks about the proposal to swap the French and German pavilions. It is rumored that M. Gioni, curator of the 55th Venice Biennale, is going to draw all pavilions and exhibition venues in the Giardini, Arsenale and around the city among the estimated 90 countries participating in the 2013 Venice Biennale. The ceremony is going to take place on the Italian national holiday on June 2, 2012 and will be broadcast via livestream on the Internet.

In „Politik und Kultur“ (3/12) äußert sich auf Seite 25 Susanne Gaensheimer zum Vorschlag eines deutsch/französischen Pavillontausches in Venedig. Nun sickerte durch, dass Massimiliano Gioni, der Kurator der 55. Venedig Biennale für 2013 plant, alle Pavillons und Ausstellungsräume in den Giardini, im Arsenale und in der Stadt unter den geschätzt 90 Teilnehmerländern zu verlosen. Die Zeremonie soll am italienischen Nationalfeiertag, den 02.06.2012 per Livestream im Internet übertragen werden.
