Die interdisziplinär arbeitende Gruppe „10 Uhr“ wurde 1991 in Frankfurt/M von den beiden Architekten Bernd Mey und Christian Pantzer und dem Künstler Ralf Schmitt gegründet, später war auch eine Zeit lang der Filmemacher Bernhard Schreiner Mitglied. Zuletzt bestand das Team aus zwei Personen: Bernd Mey und Ralf Schmitt, die sporadisch unter dem label „halbzehn“ firmierten.
